Returns Policy

Our company gladly accepts returns & issues refunds for items that are returned or where we are notified of intent to return within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be in their original condition and not be damaged in any way. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of item/s returned.  From October 2022, in cases where the relevant financial institution imposes a penalty fee for the payment reversal transaction, this fee will be deducted from the payment refund.

In cases of requesting swap/s, buyer is responsible for cost of additional shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 4 weeks however, in many cases your refund will be issued as soon as the item return has been received.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout by default, and overseas shipment calculated as per Australia Post rates.

In normal circumstances we supply internationally. When you place an order, we will calculate shipping costs for you based on the weight of your order, your chosen Australia Post option and your destination.

You can expect to receive your item within 2 - 4 weeks however, notwithstanding transportation delays, orders placed for delivery within Australia are usually received within 8-10 days of placement.

All parcels come with Australia Post tracking, with feedback to your email address (if provided).
